We are seeking a highly motivated, rigoros, and detail-oriented Data Qality Officer to join or team. The candidate will be responsible for or Data Qality Framework, ensring the accracy, integrity, and consistency of or data across systems and processes. This role is critical in spporting enhancing or data-driven decision-making capabilities.




Yor next challenge:

Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and IT teams to ensre continos improvement of data qality standards.

Develop AI-powered agents to generate, maintain, and optimize Data Qality rles.

Atomate Data Qality monitoring, isse detection, root case analysis, and remediation workflows.

Integrate Data Qality processes with Data Governance and Metadata Management platforms.

Leverage Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot technologies to increase prodctivity and atomate repetitive activities.

Define KPIs and dashboards to measre Data Qality performance and atomation benefits.

Spport the data stewards in the design of Data Qality Rles

Bild data qality dashboards, monitor and report on data qality metrics.

Monitor the Data Qality Register and follow p on remediation plans.

Implement data qality rles.

Design and implement data qality standards, policies, and procedres.

Maintain docmentation of data qality processes and procedres.

Condct reglar data qality assessments and adits to ensre compliance with data governance policies.

Provide training and spport to staff on data qality best practices and tools.

Stay p-to-date with indstry best practices and emerging trends in data qality management.

Yor skills:

Master's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Compter Science, Finance or a related field.

Proven experience in data qality management, data governance, or a similar role within the banking or financial services indstry.

Technical knowledge (SQL or Python).

Proactive, innovation-oriented mindset.

Strong commnication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with workflow atomation platforms and low-code soltions.

Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI concepts.
