As a Data Governance Officer, yo will spport theoperational implementation of the Bank's Data Strategy and BCBS 39 programme.Reporting to the Senior Data Governance Officer, yo will work with Bsiness,Risk, Finance, Data and IT stakeholders to embed effective governance practicesacross the data lifecycle.

Yor next challenge:

Spport the day-to-day implementation of the Bank's Data Governance framework, standards and procedres.

Contribte to BCBS 39 implementation and related remediation activities.

Maintain and control Data Governance artefacts, inclding the Bsiness Glossary, Bsiness Terms, metadata, data ownership and data lineage.

Spport Data Owners and Data Stewards in flfilling their responsibilities and sing Data Governance tools.

Perform completeness and consistency checks on metadata and governance information, and coordinate the resoltion of identified gaps.

Spport the docmentation and maintenance of bsiness and technical lineage across bsiness concepts, data fields, applications and sorce systems.

Embed Data Governance reqirements in data and IT projects throghot the data lifecycle.

Contribte to the improvement and atomation of operational Data Governance processes and controls.

Maintain evidence spporting BCBS 39, internal control, adit and reglatory reqirements.

se Microsoft 365, Power BI, Copilot and relevant AI-enabled atomation capabilities to improve efficiency and ways of working.

Yor skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data, Information Systems, Compter Science, Finance,

Economics, Engineering or a related field.

One to three years of professional experience working with data, preferably in banking or financial services.

Practical experience with financial, risk, acconting, reglatory or banking data is preferred.

Previos Data Governance experience is an advantage bt is not reqired.

Flent in English; French is an advantage.

Good nderstanding of the data lifecycle, inclding data sorcing, transformation, storage, mapping and consmption.

Knowledge of data development processes and the movement of data between systems.

Working knowledge of data modelling, database and data architectre concepts.

Ability to se SQL to explore datasets, analyse data strctres and spport data investigations.

Knowledge of Data Governance and metadata tools, sch as HOPEX, Collibra, Informatica, Microsoft Prview or eqivalent soltions.

nderstanding of Bsiness Glossary, metadata management, data ownership and data lineage concepts.

Practical experience with Power BI, inclding data analysis and the creation or maintenance of dashboards.

Strong command of Microsoft 365, particlarly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.

Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and relevant AI-enabled prodctivity and atomation capabilities.

Knowledge of BCBS 39 or banking reglatory data reqirements is an advantage.

Highly self-driven, proactive and able to take ownership of assigned activities with limited spervision.

Hands-on and comfortable working directly with data, tools and governance artefacts.

Analytical, strctred and attentive to detail.

Strong team player who collaborates effectively with both bsiness and technical stakeholders.
