Senior Business Analyst - IT Infrastructure Refresh Program (ITIR)

Job Description:

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - IT Infrastructure Refresh Program (ITIR) who has worked on IT/technology projects, with direct IT Infrastructure experience being a major differentiator.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate SME and stakeholder discussions
• Document current and future-state processes
• Gather and analyze business, data, integration/interface, functional, and technical requirements
• Translate business requirements into solution requirements
• Assess existing technology solutions
• Conduct fit-gap analysis
• Identify process improvements and opportunities for standardization
• Support solution recommendations
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Prepare status updates and presentation materials
• Support project planning and other project activities

• Current State Analysis and process workflows
• Future State Analysis
• Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Fit-Gap Analysis
• Study/Recommendation Reports
• RFP/SOW preparation and support
• Configuration plan support
• Test execution planning and support
• Deployment plan support
• Change management planning and support

Nice-to-Haves
• Public sector experience
• IT Infrastructure experience specifically in Networking, Client Computing, or Data Centres
• CBAP or CCBA
• Data analysis experience
• Project management/governance experience
• Technical feasibility studies
• Technical dependencies and application roadmapping
• SharePoint
• Microsoft Visio - must be proficient
