Our client is a well-established NGO dedicated to supporting its community through meaningful programs and services. They are seeking a reliable and hands-on Accounting & Administration Officer to provide both accounting and office administration support. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys a varied role, working closely with senior leadership while contributing to the smooth operation of the organization

The Role

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the leadership team.
• Liaise with Catholic organizations and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.
• Maintain and update corporate records, licenses, insurance policies, business registrations, and statutory documents.
• Coordinate international meetings and travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visa applications, and expense reconciliation.
• Manage office facilities and properties, working closely with vendors on repairs, maintenance, and service contracts.
• Support staffing and accommodation arrangements in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Handle office expenses and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline; Accounting Diploma holders will also be considered.
• At least 5 years of experience in office administration, office management, and/or accounting support functions.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience working in NGOs, charitable organizations, or non-profit sectors is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
