Our client is a HK based family-owned stable private group. They are now looking for a responsible HR professional for this vacancy. The ideal candidate will be offering a rewarding compensation package and stable work environment.
The Role
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's human resources and admin functions.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
- Handle C&B include payroll, MPF, taxation etc.
- Work closely with PA team for managing corporate schedule
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Immediate available or short notice is a plus
