• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across Life Insurance Operations and Customer Service functions.
• Support the delivery and enhancement of chatbot and digital self-service solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project documentation, process flows, training materials, and status reports.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience within the insurance industry.
• Solid understanding of Life Insurance Operations, including policy administration, underwriting, claims, customer service, or new business processes.
• Experience working on digital transformation, chatbot, workflow automation, or customer experience projects.
