Your new role

• Deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the Investment Banking team.
• Manage complex meeting schedules, coordinate conference calls and video meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle end-to-end travel arrangements and logistics for bankers and visiting team members.
• Act as a gatekeeper for incoming communications, exercising sound judgment in prioritising and directing requests.
• Assist with special projects, team activities, and other ad hoc assignments in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative, secretarial, customer service, or office support experience.
• Financial services or banking experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Native or business-level proficiency in English and Korean is required.
