This opportunity for a Platform Data Engineer to take full ownership of AWS infrastructure, data platforms, and migration initiatives.
You'll play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments while delivering end-to-end solutions across infrastructure, data engineering, and DevOps.

This opportunity for a Platform Data Engineer to take full ownership of AWS infrastructure, data platforms, and migration initiatives.
You'll play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments while delivering end-to-end solutions across infrastructure, data engineering, and DevOps.
Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering
- Design, provision, and manage AWS infrastructure in greenfield environments
- Implement and manage AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, Glue, RDS, VPC, IAM, ECS
- Own the full infrastructure lifecycle: configuration, deployment, optimization, and monitoring
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Lead and execute end-to-end on-premise to AWS migration projects
- Plan and implement migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks during migration
- Ensure smooth cutover with minimal disruption
- Build, manage, and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes
- Work with both structured and unstructured data across diverse systems
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and applications
- Select and manage CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
- Automate deployment processes and environment provisioning
- Design high-availability, multi-AZ architectures
- Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies
- Apply cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, network controls)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage remediation
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into scalable cloud architectures
- Provide expert guidance on AWS best practices and solution design
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on AWS engineering experience across infrastructure provisioning and management
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end cloud migration projects
- Experience working in greenfield environments
- Expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Deep understanding of high availability, multi-AZ architectures, and Disaster Recovery
- Solid data engineering background including ETL and pipeline development
- Practical experience with cloud security and vulnerability management
- Ability to operate as a self-managed, independent engineer with full ownership
