DWS is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of EC and Compensation enhancements across a high-visibility HR program. This role will focus on driving pay grade, compensation structure, and workflow improvements.

Length : 4 months, possible extension
Style : Hybrid; 3+ days onsite
Salary : up to $1000/day (ACN) or up to $220K inc super (Max Term)

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Extensive professional experience delivering major SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Compensation techno-functional implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Confident to singlehandedly lead the EC workstream across all phases including Discover, Explore, Build, and Deploy
• Conduct workshops with HR, Reward, and IT stakeholders
• Oversee configuration, testing, UAT, and cutover activities
• Design and manage foundation objects including Legal Entity, Job Classification, Pay Grades, and Locations
• Strong experience configuring EC core modules including Job Info, Position Management, Event Reasons, workflows, and business rules
• Drive pay grade harmonisation and compensation structure setup
• Define and implement new pay structures, scales, and frameworks
• Ensure integration between EC, payroll, and compensation modules
• Strong governance capability including approval workflows and stakeholder alignment
• Deep expertise in MDF, foundation objects, and business rules configuration
