Your new role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced and collaborative office environment. This is a varied position that combines administration, office coordination, event support, and marketing administration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
- Coordinating meetings and managing meeting room bookings
- Maintaining office supplies and conducting stocktakes
- Assisting with marketing and promotional activities
- Supporting the planning and coordination of company events
- Providing general administrative support across the business
Experience is not essential. This organisation is focused on attitude, potential, and a willingness to learn.
