Join a leading Australian wealth management and financial services organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme. Working within the Technology & Transformation Office, you'll support the delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives that will improve processes, controls, governance and customer outcomes across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Change Analyst with approximately 2+ years of experience in financial services to gain exposure to enterprise-wide transformation programmes within a highly regulated environment.
Your new role
Reporting to the Change Lead and working alongside Programme Managers, Change Managers, Business Analysts and SME stakeholders, you will support the successful implementation and adoption of key change initiatives across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of change outcomes across a complex transformation programme.
- Conducting change impact assessments and translating project deliverables into practical business activities.
- Assisting with stakeholder engagement and readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes, controls and ways of working.
- Identifying change impacts, dependencies, risks and adoption challenges across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Coordinating communications, training activities, readiness assessments and post-go-live support.
- Developing communication materials including presentations, briefing packs, stakeholder updates and training collateral.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Technology, Risk & Compliance and external partners.
- Tracking and reporting on change activities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Approximately 2+ years' experience in a Change Analyst, Change Coordinator or similar role within a financial services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business impacts and identify trends.
- Experience supporting change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and business readiness activities.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Experience developing communications, training materials, talking points and stakeholder presentations.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships across business and technology teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to utilise data and insights to inform change activities and decision-making.
- Exposure to wealth management, superannuation, banking or broader financial services environments will be highly regarded.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering positive business outcomes.
