Marketing Manager - B2B & B2G | Part-Time (Eastern Suburbs)

Are you a hands-on B2B marketer with healthcare sector experience who enjoys taking ownership of campaigns, marketing operations and content from strategy through to execution?

We're partnering with an established technology solutions business to recruit a part-time Marketing Manager to take ownership of B2B and B2G marketing activity across healthcare, government and other key sectors.

This is a genuine "doer" role. You'll have the autonomy to shape marketing activity while remaining hands-on across HubSpot, campaigns, content, social media and customer advocacy.

Working three days per week from the Sydney office, this opportunity would suit an experienced marketer with strong healthcare sector knowledge who is looking for genuine ownership, variety and the ability to see the direct commercial impact of their work.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will:

• Own and execute B2B and B2G marketing activity across key customer sectors
• Develop positioning and messaging tailored to healthcare, government and other institutional audiences
• Build and execute targeted campaigns to support lead generation, engagement and business growth
• Take ownership of HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, routing, nurture sequences and data quality
• Strengthen the marketing-to-sales handover process and alignment between both functions
• Develop targeted campaigns across healthcare, government, local government and other key markets
• Create ongoing social media and campaign content to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement
• Develop customer case studies, video content and advocacy initiatives
• Review the existing customer base to identify opportunities for engagement, referrals and growth
• Coordinate external suppliers for specialist projects, including website and content initiatives
• Manage projects and external resources against agreed budgets and timelines

About You

You will bring:

• Proven hands-on B2B and/or B2G marketing experience, ideally within a Marketing Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated healthcare sector experience and a strong understanding of healthcare customers, stakeholders and market dynamics
• Strong practical HubSpot experience, including workflows, sequences, lead scoring and campaign management
• Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery
• Strong understanding of lead generation, nurture campaigns and marketing-to-sales processes
• Confidence creating content yourself, including copy, social media and basic visual or video content
• Ability to manage external suppliers while remaining personally accountable for delivery
• A proactive, self-sufficient approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Experience marketing to government, public sector or education audiences will be highly regarded
