🚨 Manager, FP& A | High-Growth PE-Backed CPG Company | NYC 🚨
I'm excited to be partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed CPG company generating approximately $350M in revenue that is looking to add a Manager of FP& A to its New York City team.
This is a true FP& A role focused on driving business performance, not an accounting role disguised as finance.
Reporting directly to the Director of FP& A (high exposure to the CFO and Private Equity), you'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, executive presentations, PE reporting, and strategic decision support across the organization.
As always, this is a permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried position (this is NOT a temp role or temp to perm).
They are located in midtown and are in the office 3 days and remote 2 days.
Compensation Package based on experience:
Base: $140 - $165k base + discretionary bonus
