The Opportunity

The firm is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to help drive growth across new and existing client accounts. This individual will work closely with senior sales and research teams to develop relationships with key decision-makers at leading investment management firms, private equity funds, hedge funds, and consulting organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and prospecting initiatives.
• Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients across investment, consulting, and corporate sectors.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
• Partner with internal teams to communicate the full range of research and expert network solutions.
• Expand existing client relationships by identifying new users and cross-selling additional services.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through conversion.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and client engagement records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
• 1-3 years of business development, sales, client-facing, or relationship management experience.
• Prior experience selling into financial services, professional services, research, information services, or consulting environments is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build credibility and establish relationships with senior professionals.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $70,000 - $95,000, depending on experience.
