Role : Test Analyst

Rate: Up To £375 Per Day

We’re looking for an experienced Test Analyst to support a major testing programme within a customer-facing technology environment. This is an opportunity to take ownership of manual testing across a range of digital services, ensuring functionality, reliability and a seamless customer experience across multiple platforms and devices.

What you’ll do

1. Design and execute manual functional and regression test cases across mobile services, digital platforms and customer journeys.
2. Test end-to-end functionality spanning voice, messaging, data services, digital channels and customer account features.
3. Manage defect reporting, investigate issues and collaborate with developers, business analysts and test leadership to drive resolutions.
4. Prepare test data, document results and support service-related testing activities, maintaining high standards across all test artefacts.

What we’re looking for

1. 3–5 years’ experience in software testing, with telecoms industry experience essential.
2. Practical experience executing UAT, developing manual test cases and supporting regression testing.
3. Understanding of the software development lifecycle, defect management and test management tools such as Jira.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
