I’m working with a leading global life reinsurer looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a major actuarial process transformation programme.
This is an initial 6 month day rate contract, with a strong likelihood of extension, working 2 days per week in London. Must be able to start no later than mid-September (ideally sooner).
The role will involve driving a complex process redesign across Actuarial, Finance, Operations and Technology, bringing structure, pace and accountability across multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
Key areas of focus:
• Owning the integrated project plan and critical path
• Managing risks, issues, dependencies and delivery blockers
• Driving accountability across multiple teams and workstreams
• Coordinating governance and senior stakeholder reporting
• Managing competing priorities and maintaining delivery momentum
• Supporting wider process redesign and Target Operating Model activity
We are ideally looking for an experienced Project Manager from insurance, reinsurance or wider financial services, with strong transformation and process redesign experience.
Previous experience working with actuarial, finance, risk or modelling teams would be particularly valuable.
Please message me directly for a confidential conversation and further details.
