Our client is a multi-billion-pound infrastructure boutique with a diversified portfolio spanning digital, energy, transport, and utilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Find and secure new deals, leading negotiations, advisers and deal teams through to close
2. Hold board seats across the portfolio, partnering with management and co-shareholders to grow long-term value
3. Join the Investment Committee and champion new opportunities through approval
4. Help set where the fund invests next and how the portfolio evolves
5. Mentor and grow a close-knit investment team

Requirements:

1. A seasoned investor with broad experience and a proven record of closed deals and board exposure
2. Familiarity with regulated, concession, or long-term contracted income
3. Experience spanning deal sourcing, transactions, and ownership
4. Sound commercial instincts and the presence to persuade committees, boards, and regulators
