Shape the future of community healthcare infrastructure across England.
Community Health Partnerships (CHP) is a Department of Health and Social Care-owned NHS company, working with health and care systems across England to create, improve and optimise the estate that supports community-based care. Through our extensive NHS LIFT portfolio and partnerships with local systems, we help deliver the infrastructure that enables more care to be provided closer to home.
We are now seeking a Director to join our senior leadership team and provide strategic leadership across a regional portfolio. We are keen to explore applications from exceptional candidates regardless of location and offer flexibility in base location, with regular travel across the region and to CHP offices and partner organisations as required.
As Director you will hold an influential senior leadership role within CHP, and be responsible for delivering regional plans, leading high-performing teams and building trusted relationships with NHS, local government and private sector partners across some of the most important health economies in England.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and serving as members of our Senior Leadership Team, you will represent CHP at the most senior levels across your region. You will shape conversations around healthcare infrastructure, support the development of neighbourhood health, influence regional estate strategies and ensure CHP remains a valued and credible partner across Integrated Care Systems, ICBs, local authorities and LIFT organisations.
You will have accountability for the delivery of the Regional Delivery Plan, regional performance objectives and strategic stakeholder engagement, whilst providing leadership and direction to regional teams. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, navigating complex partnerships and supporting CHP's nationally significant Securing the Future programme, helping ensure community healthcare facilities continue to meet the needs of patients and communities for years to come.
We are looking for accomplished and credible leaders with experience operating at Board, Executive or Senior Director level within complex environments. You will bring a strong understanding of partnership working, exceptional influencing skills and a track record of leading through complexity and change. Experience within the NHS, healthcare infrastructure, estates, property or similarly stakeholder-rich sectors would be particularly valuable.
Above all, you will be motivated by making a difference through partnership, bringing together organisations, people and ideas to deliver better environments for care.
This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation with national reach, regional influence and a significant role in supporting the future of neighbourhood health across England.
