Responsibilities
- Take the lead on complex and high-value fraud litigation, including fraudulent EL/PL claims, staged accidents, organised fraud rings and complex personal injury disputes.
- Supervise junior team members and contribute to training and development.
- Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice.
- Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Insurance Fraud practice.
- Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters.
What will help you succeed in this role?
- Experience managing employers liability (EL), public liability (PL), catastrophic loss or casualty claims (claimant or defendant).
- A proven track record of running a complex caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Commercial acumen and experience in delivering excellent client service.
- A proactive approach to file strategy, innovation, and cost management.
