What you'll own

• Deliver day-to-day technical support across network infrastructure, desktop systems, hardware, and software, ensuring the reliable operation of business-critical technology.
• Partner directly with Enterprise customers, helping them maximise the value of Worldpay products and services through exceptional technical support.
• Handling escalations as an SME with case management to resolution
• Diagnose and resolve issues relating to network infrastructure, desktop environments, client devices, servers, and software applications.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions, including creating, modifying, and deactivating accounts.
• Maintain data integrity, password management processes, and file system security standards.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance for non-technical customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences by recommending appropriate hardware and software solutions.

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in a technical support, service desk, or customer support environment.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to enterprise and B2B clients.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above), or equivalent qualifications.
• Ability to produce high-quality written communications, including customer correspondence and incident documentation.
• A proactive approach to learning new technologies and continuously developing technical expertise.

Our core hours are 8am-5pm - on a rotational shift 8.00am - 3.30pm or 9.30am - 5.00pm
