Abot the Role
This role is ideal for someone with strong existing pensions knowledge who enjoys tackling complex technical qeries and spporting Partners with expert gidance. Yo'll thrive here if yo can confidently interpret scheme rles, legislation, and processes, and translate them into clear, practical explanations for both colleages and Partners.
Becase this is a fast paced, high-volme helpdesk environment, the role will sit someone who remains calm nder pressre, can jggle mltiple priorities, and consistently deliver accrate, high-qality responses. Yo shold be natrally analytical, comfortable handling detailed information, and motivated by solving problems thoroghly and efficiently.
The role is primarily core service, bt there may be opportnities for added vale projects.
This position is a great fit for someone who takes ownership of their work and is proactive in keeping their technical nderstanding p to date. If yo're collaborative, detail focsed, and take pride in helping others navigate complex matters, yo'll excel in or team.
