We are looking for

Mst be permanently resident in Dbai

Mst possess adeqate professional experience by virte of having previosly carried ot similar activities at a high level of responsibility and atonomy.

Have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in the investment fnd indstry

Knowledge of Master- Feeder fnd strctres

niversity degree, preferably in economics/bsiness, legal, or finance

Very strong cstomer orientation and soltion-orientation skills.

Very good organizational and commnication skills, with an ability to work independently and proactively

Excellent team spirit, availability, and flexibility

Excellent commnication skills, with strong professional English langage capability

Yor role in the team




Prodct & Bsiness Spport

Ensre a great client experience across all fnds in line with company standards, procedres and gidelines

Work with Service Providers and key internal and external stakeholders to implement, monitor and maintain service level agreements.

Act as the first point of escalation for internal and external operational related qeries and liaise with Service providers to resolve and report isses in a timely manner

Spport clients & fnd managers on day to by day activities - inclding bt not limited to client qeries, Corporate Actions, sbscription form template, prospects, DDQ, RFPs

Shareholders services

Oversight of fnd administration and cstodian teams

Liaising with all intermediaries and external agents sch as new bsiness introdcers, legal advisors, and aditors in respect of team clients

ndertake processes related to Feeder Fnd set p

Feeder fee management inclding ensring fee arrangements are appropriate.

Rebates oversight

Corporate Actions spport

Orders placement on the Master fnds
