The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years of experience both in-house or at a top tier law firm. If the candidate has significant experience/knowledge of securities regulations (ie. 1940's Act, '33, '34 Act, CFTC) would be highly preferred. Additionally if a candidate has private fund or mutual fund experience it is beneficial.
Microsoft Word and Excel skills are a must and candidates should have strong verbal and communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills and ability to mult-task and work under tight time constraints when required.
Bachelors Degree required.
