Divisional Sales Manager

Your role
The Divisional Sales Manager helps drive the firm's strategy at the divisional level by working closely with both the divisional team and the Home Office in order to deliver appropriate content, tools and resources to Advisors and constituents in the field. This role has three key functions:

1. Partner with the Divisional Director to drive the
division's top-line focused KPIs in collaboration with
complex leadership teams, strategically leveraging
UBS and external capabilities to achieve these goals
2. Strategically align the resources of the firm to the
branches/FA's and help navigate the WMA franchise
(including divisional consulting teams, and other
home office resources)
3. Build relationships with Advisors, positioning role as
a key facilitator of business growth, via business
development analysis and support

Key Responsibilities of the DSM Role:
- Drives the KPIs and business growth in the region
- Drive the key pillars of Guide to Growth in the region
- Aligns and prioritizes divisional sales activities and
divisional resources by building awareness around
firm initiatives and the needs of the Field
- Collaborates effectively with regional consultants
and sales desks to deliver the best of UBS to the
- Assists in the development and execution of sales
strategies, new product launches and key firm
- Creates an effective bridge between branch
managers and the home office, providing a
continuous feedback loop
- Enhances the brand / UBS Client Experience
(Culture carrier)
- Shares sales practices and successes with peers
- Helps drive retention efforts of Financial Advisors
- Maintain focus on goals and communicate
opportunities and needs of the market; lead
implementation efforts with regard to firm growth
programs and campaigns
- Develop structured coaching program for FAs and
establish a sustainable process to help them identify
and achieve their growth and productivity needs

Your team
You will be working as part of Wealth Management USA. We help high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. You will be responsible for building relationships with financial advisors and field management, positioning yourself as a key facilitator of business growth. You'll keep your finger on the pulse of the field, communicating market opportunities and driving our efforts on growth programs.
