Kennedys is seeking a
Claims Handler to join our growing claims team, handling a varied caseload across
Financial Lines and Professional Indemnity claims . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced claims professional looking to develop their expertise within a leading global law firm.




Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of Financial Lines and Professional Indemnity claims from initial notification through to resolution


• Reviewing and assessing claims, ensuring they are progressed efficiently and in line with agreed service standards


• Liaising with insurers, insureds, brokers, legal representatives and other relevant parties


• Providing clear, accurate and timely updates throughout the lifecycle of each claim


• Maintaining accurate claims records and effectively managing key actions and deadlines


• Supporting the wider team and contributing to the delivery of a high-quality claims handling service

About You

• Previous claims handling experience is essential


• Experience handling Financial Lines and/or Professional Indemnity claims would be highly desirable


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own caseload and competing priorities


• Confident written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to progressing claims


• A collaborative and team-focused approach

We are also open to candidates with
strong general claims handling experience who are looking to develop or specialise within Financial Lines and Professional Indemnity , so previous experience in these areas is desirable rather than essential.
