In this vital role in the newly created Financial Crime Centre of Excellence (FC CoE), you'll be working with the CoE Leads and Business Leads to develop localised training plans, supporting the build and review of required training, and identifying learning gaps by assessing risks and issues facing the bank.
You'll be part of a team monitoring the progress of our training programme and creating and analysing the training metrics to ensure completion of training and measuring whether the training has been effective.
The difference you'll make:
Supporting the development of the Anti-Financial Crime Training Curriculum, ensuring all training needs are reflected in role-based learning and aligned to the right target audience;
Supporting the Learning Needs Assessment and Skills Assessment process and working with allocated stakeholders to address issues or areas of improvement;
Taking feeds from Horizon Scanning to ensure AFC Curriculum remains relevant, including identifying future skill sets from emerging trends (in the global financial crime arena);
Producing New Learner Requests for allocated Business Unit or FC CoE Capability and packaging up requirements
Developing on-going learning effectiveness measurement analysis to ensure FC learning is quality assured;
Providing input into relevant AFC Governance Fora ensuring relevant Risks, Issues and Metrics are reviewed with appropriate escalations and resolution through active tracking.
What you'll bring: We are looking for people who can help shape, influence and transform the bank's capabilities, ensuring we continue to disrupt financial crimes, and support and enable the right outcomes for our customers.
Experience of conducting needs analysis, identifying risks and issues, and implementing remedial actions;
Broad knowledge of Financial Crime including AML, Sanctions, AB&C and FoTE.
It would also be nice for you to have:
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with demonstrable experience of working with Senior management;
Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise large workloads and work at pace
Building dashboards, data modelling, visualisation and cleansing experience beneficial
Experience of facilitating FC Training, including technical content design, across multiple business units and functions
What else you need to know: Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
