Overview
We're looking for a Team Manager to lead our Public Sector Client Service team in Manchester. This hybrid role combines leadership with hands-on client management. You'll oversee a team of four Client Advisors while managing a small portfolio of clients yourself. This is your chance to make a real difference in a regulated environment, ensuring service excellence and delivering outstanding results for our clients and stakeholders.
How you'll make an impact
In this role, you'll lead, motivate, and develop a team of Client Advisors, ensuring they're equipped to deliver exceptional service. Building strong relationships with clients, broking leadership, and support teams will be key to achieving positive outcomes. You'll also contribute to regional and Public Sector initiatives, helping to improve processes and grow client relationships. By managing your own small portfolio of clients, you'll lead by example and stay connected to the day-to-day delivery of excellent service.
