Description

We are looking for a proactive, organised and approachable Office Assistant to join YouLend's dynamic Office Management team. This varied, hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, spotting what needs attention and taking ownership of tasks through to completion. Our office working hours operate from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Office administration: Manage post, couriers, collections and deliveries, gifts, incentives, photography bookings and daily requests.

• Travel: Arrange flights, hotels, restaurants and related domestic and international travel requirements.

• Facilities and suppliers: Liaise with landlords, contractors and suppliers; resolve or escalate facilities issues.

• Onboarding and Offboarding: Prepare welcome packs and introductions, remove leavers from relevant accounts and coordinate practical requirements, such as equipment returns.

• Events and projects: Support monthly events, desk moves, office extensions, health and safety inspections and other ad hoc Office Management projects.

• Communication: Monitor and action the requests in the Office Management inbox and share clear office updates.

• Ownership: Take assigned tasks through to completion, keeping colleagues informed and following up as needed.
