Paralegal & Compliance Executive

This is a newly created position and will report into the Head of Compliance/Legal Counsel

The role will be very much hands-on role and there will be an element of performing some routine activities initially - however there will be ample scope to assume more challenging activities as you progress – there is therefore potentially no limit to the role’s long-term potential

Key Responsibilities

• Updating the monitoring programme
• Oversight and updating of the key registers
• Restricted Lists
• Maintenance of SMCR databases
• Policy work , regulatory developments - as appropriate
• Reviewing and maintenance of NDAs
• GDPR compliance and data protection topics
• Assisting with board reporting
• Assisting with company secretary filings

Experience

• A minimum of two years compliance/legal broad based experience
