About the Role

We're supporting a major public sector transformation programme seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead benefits management across a complex, high-profile change initiative.

This role will focus on ensuring programme outcomes deliver measurable value, establishing benefits frameworks and working closely with delivery, change and business stakeholders to drive successful benefits realisation throughout the programme lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Establishing and embedding benefits management frameworks.
• Defining, tracking and reporting programme benefits and outcomes.
• Working closely with delivery and change teams to ensure benefits are realised.
• Developing benefits maps, profiles and measurement approaches.
• Providing governance, reporting and assurance across programme activities.
• Engaging senior stakeholders across multiple organisations and workstreams.
• Supporting decision-making through clear benefits analysis and insight.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Benefits Manager or Benefits Realisation Lead.
• Strong background delivering benefits management within large transformation programmes.
• Experience working within government, policing or wider public sector environments.
• Ability to link strategic objectives to measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience developing benefits frameworks, governance and reporting approaches.
• Active SC Clearance.
