CMC Measurement & Insights Lead

SIX is building a dedicated Tech & Data capability within Marketing & Communications (CMC).The goal is to make marketing insight-led, automated and measurable.The CMC Measurement & Insights Lead owns the unified measurement framework and ROMI programme.As the single source of truth, the role turns analytics into budget and investment decisions.Success requires analytical rigour, Finance credibility and strong stakeholder alignment.




What You Will Do

• Own the unified measurement framework, including KPIs, funnels, lifecycle definitions and Finance validation.


• Lead the ROMI programme, from MVP scope and partner delivery to acceptance and handover.


• Build and manage the ROMI cockpit using certified data products for executives, Finance and business units.


• Lead measurement governance and align Marketing, Sales and Finance on shared definitions.


• Translate attribution, marketing mix and incrementality insights into budget recommendations and stronger adoption.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in marketing measurement, performance management or ROMI, ideally in B2B or financial services.


• Strong expertise in attribution, marketing analytics and commercial activation, turning models into executable campaigns.


• Ability to establish Finance credibility through validation, reconciliation and auditability.


• Strong senior-stakeholder management, cross-functional facilitation and partner steering skills.


• Fluency with BI and modern data products, plus experience with AI-enabled processes and change management.
