Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management of third-party arrangements
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct trend analysis, and flag risks
- Partner with risk and resilience teams to enhance control frameworks
- Perform audits and quality assurance on third-party registers
- Provide system and platform support to internal stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder engagement across onshore and offshore teams
- Support change initiatives and drive process improvements
A successful Supplier Risk & Monitoring Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of risk and compliance practices within the Financial Services industry.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing data monitoring frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Financial Services sector.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
