Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar & Meeting Management
- Provide robust, proactive calendar management and secretarial support to the Investment team based in Singapore
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage complex internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Greet and manage logistics for visiting executives, clients, and internal stakeholders.
2. Travel & Expense Coordination
- End-to-end management of complex travel itineraries and logistics for team members
- Handle high-volume, detailed expense reporting and processing, ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
4. Team Coverage & Collaboration
- Act as a collaborative partner and cross-backup for other administrative team members.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing secretarial support within the financial services industry
- Asset management and buy side experience is preferred but not a must
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
- Available immediately or within short notice is preferred
