Senior/Engineer, Radio Planning
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Job Responsibilities : - 3G and 4G radio network planning and optimization
- New 5G radio network deployment, based on various RAN architecture, including cloud-based and edge computing deployment.
- Network features and new radio technologies trials, including 5G advanced feature testing
- Network performance statistics and drive test results analysis
- Outdoor, in-building and small cell sites survey
- Network benchmarking and performance verification (walk and drive test, with occasional night works)
- Investigating customer complaints using signaling trace analysis and statistics
- Network dimensioning and manning duties for major events
- Work closely with corporate sales to propose & design appropriate radio network solution
- Handset testing
Job Requirements - Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, preferably with specialization in Info-communication or Computer Engineering
- Those with networking and cloud computing knowledge will have an added advantage
- Present a strong learning attitude and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Class 3 driving license
