As a Product Manager, you will partner with the Customized Solutions business and internal stakeholders to drive product management activities across Loans and Deposits, with responsibility for end-to-end product governance, lifecycle management, regulatory implementation, processes and platform readiness. The role will work closely with Front Office, Business, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Technology and other relevant stakeholders to ensure products are effectively managed throughout their lifecycle.

Primary function:

• Organize, manage and drive end-to-end product management and lifecycle activities across Loans and Deposits, covering product implementation, maintenance and ongoing governance.
• Drive product governance activities, including product approvals, periodic reviews, product and counterparties due diligence (where applicable), regulatory implementation, and policy changes, ensuring compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements.
• Maintain product, client and internal documentation and procedures, including product papers, Front Office procedures, operating processes and other relevant product-related documentation.
• Partner with key stakeholders to optimize processes, strengthen controls, and enhance operational efficiency across front-to-back workflows.
• Work with Platform Team on Deposit/Loans flow end to end, including maintenance of trade booking systems, processes and related platform readiness.
• Support incident and crisis management activities, including coordinating issue assessment, remediation actions, stakeholder communication and post-incident follow-up for Loans and Deposits related matters.

• Undertake ad hoc assignments or special business projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with relevant experience in related roles or supporting similar role with minimum 8 years of working experience.
• Good understanding of deposit, financial products and services relating to lending and deposit
• Knowledge and understanding of banking & regulatory guidelines.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Driven and committed to service excellence
• Ability to use enterprise tools for data analytics and reports.
