A leading international transportation and logistics organisation is looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to play a key role in shaping commercial pricing strategies across a regional business network.

Your Profile

• Relevant Maritime (Shipping/ Transportation/ Logistics) industry exposure can be helpful
• Strong pricing and/or revenue management experience
• Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to partner effectively with both business and technical teams
• Resilient, resourceful and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and operate independently
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, this position will communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and review documentation in Mandarin.

Job Scope
Joining a new Pricing team, this is a highly visible position where you will drive pricing effectiveness, partner closely with commercial stakeholders, and help translate complex data into practical business decisions. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, analytics and commercial execution, and who is comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across multiple markets.

You will lead pricing initiatives, develop frameworks that improve revenue and profitability, and work closely with analytics teams to enhance pricing capabilities through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing, revenue management or commercial analytics within a high-volume environment where pricing decisions are made at scale. Experience deploying pricing methodologies into day-to-day business operations, coupled with the ability to engage both technical and commercial audiences, will be highly valued.
