Loan Agency & Credit Administration (AM/ Mgr)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the administration and monitoring of syndicated and bilateral financing facilities. The role involves loan agency management, credit administration, covenant and collateral monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and operational improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administer syndicated and bilateral loan facilities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
2. Review financing documentation and ensure compliance with approved credit terms and internal policies.
3. Coordinate facility drawdowns, repayments, interest settlements, rollovers, waivers, amendments, and consents.
4. Monitor covenants, collateral positions, facility limits, and outstanding documentation requirements.
5. Act as the operational liaison between borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, Front Office, Credit, and Operations teams.
6. Prepare management, regulatory, and operational reports.
7. Support audit, compliance, and risk management requirements.
8. Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
9. Support new agency mandates and structured financing transactions.

Requirements

1. Degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in Syndicated Loans, Loan Agency, Credit Administration, Middle Office,
3. Good understanding of syndicated lending, structured finance, and loan documentation.
4. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Experience with loan administration platforms and reporting tools is advantageous.
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
