Our client is a publicly listed real estate investment platform focused on owning and managing a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate assets. The business operates within a highly regulated and transparent environment, engaging regularly with investors, financial institutions, analysts and market participants. As part of its continued commitment to delivering clear and effective market communications, it is seeking an experienced Investor Relations leader to oversee stakeholder engagement and disclosure initiatives.
Job Description
- Lead all investor relations activities and serve as the key liaison with institutional investors, retail investors and research analysts
- Partner with senior management to prepare earnings materials, investor presentations, management briefing documents and market communications
- Coordinate regulatory disclosures and market announcements in compliance with relevant listing and regulatory requirements
- Support financing initiatives, capital markets transactions and strategic corporate activities
- Develop and refine the company's investment proposition, market positioning and financial narrative
- Organise investor roadshows, analyst engagements, annual meetings and other stakeholder communication programmes
- Monitor market sentiment, analyst coverage, peer performance and industry trends, providing strategic insights to management
- Minimum 7 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, capital markets or related functions
- Experience within listed real estate, REIT, infrastructure, business trust or publicly listed corporate environments
- Strong understanding of financial statements, capital structures, leverage metrics and investment performance drivers
- Proven experience engaging institutional investors, financial analysts, rating agencies or capital market participants
- Familiarity with listed-company disclosure obligations and regulatory reporting requirements
- Ability to prepare high-quality investor communications, presentations and management briefing materials
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CFA are advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives and board-level stakeholders
