An opportunity exists for a Director-level Treasury Transformation business conduit to join a major international financial institution in Singapore. Sitting at the intersection of balance sheet management, capital optimization, and institutional change, this position serves as a strategic partner to Global Treasury leadership, Country CEOs and CFOs, and risk oversight functions. The primary focus of the role is to define and execute an end-to-end transformation agenda that streamlines liquidity, capital, and balance sheet operations across global business lines.
The Treasury Business Manager is responsible for co-designing the global Treasury strategy and translating overarching balance sheet objectives into actionable, technology-enabled capability roadmaps. Operating across liquidity management, capital management, and treasury markets, the individual will lead process simplification initiatives, advance straight-through processing, and reduce manual production efforts in favor of strategic decision-support capabilities. The position requires driving the adoption of modern technology, automation, and data analytics to optimize balance sheet performance, enhance real-time decision-making, and strengthen control frameworks. Additionally, the role entails establishing outcome-linked key performance indicators, tracking value realization, and ensuring all change initiatives maintain compliance with global regulatory standards and internal risk appetite frameworks.
Candidates must demonstrate significant treasury experience leading strategic transformation, target operating model design, and process optimization within a complex banking or global treasury function. The position requires deep exposure to balance sheet dynamics, and capital management, combined with a track record of implementing technology, analytics, and automation solutions in highly regulated environments. Strong executive stakeholder management capability is required to influence across regional CFO networks, global risk committees, technology teams, and operational partners
