1. Manage and support the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities, including salary benchmarking, annual compensation reviews, bonus and incentive programmes.
2. Review and administer employee benefits, ensuring competitiveness, cost effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
3. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support compensation recommendations and decision-making.
4. Support the annual salary review, performance and bonus cycles.
5. Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance and business stakeholders on compensation-related matters.
6. Ensure C&B policies, processes and practices are compliant with internal governance and relevant regulations.
7. Analyse compensation data and prepare reports and insights for management.
8. Support the review and enhancement of C&B policies, programmes and processes.

1. Min 5–8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or HR with strong C&B exposure.
2. Experience in compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, bonus and incentive programmes.
3. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to work with compensation data and draw meaningful insights.
4. Good stakeholder management skills and ability to work across HR, Finance and business teams.
5. Familiarity with relevant employment regulations and C&B practices.
6. Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with HR and compensation systems.
