Our client, an MNC in the FMCG industry, is looking to hire a Commercial Finance Manager on an 8 months contract (maternity coverage).


The Role


This role is a Commercial Finance Business Partner position supporting the Commercial teams across SEA, Singapore, Oceania and MEA, with responsibility for driving business performance and delivering P&L targets. The incumbent will partner closely with Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing and S&OP teams to provide financial insights, support pricing and trade spend optimization, review marketing investments, and identify business risks and opportunities. The role is also responsible for analyzing market and brand performance, preparing management reporting and commentary, as well as leading budgeting, forecasting and customer planning cycles. Additionally, the position plays a key role in demand planning discussions, process improvement initiatives, and supporting strategic decision-making through commercial and financial analysis.


Your Profile


The ideal candidate is degree-qualified in Finance or Accounting and brings relevant industry experience, preferably within FMCG or a similar commercial environment. The role requires strong capabilities in financial modelling, data analytics, business performance analysis, and the ability to prepare concise, insightful management reports. Candidates should have proven experience partnering cross-functionally with commercial teams to drive business performance, while effectively influencing and managing stakeholders across multiple markets and geographies. Key success factors include strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, cultural sensitivity, effective prioritisation and time management, as well as a proactive, results-driven mindset with the agility and tenacity to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
