Ant International-Integrated Marketing Executive-WorldFirst SG
Job description
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, APAC, you will run integrated marketing for the Singapore market across three areas: field events and co-marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital.
Most of what you run will be built here, for this market, and then shared with our global teams so other markets can use what works. Some global campaigns will come the other way and need localising for Singapore. You will be marketing to Singapore businesses with import and export profiles, and the cross-border payment needs that come with them.
What you will do
Field events and co-marketing (40%)
• Represent WorldFirst in small business communities, building awareness and consideration among the businesses we want as customers
• Support senior colleagues at identified high-quality closed-door events, from preparation through to follow-up
• Support end-to-end delivery of owned, co-hosted and partner events, from venue and supplier liaison through to on-site delivery
• Build and maintain the Singapore events calendar with the Head of Marketing, tracked against acquisition targets
• Work with co-marketing partners on joint campaigns, workshops and content, from first conversation through to delivery
• Liaise with suppliers on quotes, marketing materials and delivery timelines within an agreed budget
• Capture photo and video content on site for social and email use
• Report after every event on leads captured, cost per lead and pipeline created
Lifecycle marketing (30%)
• Plan and run lifecycle campaigns for Singapore, working with the global lifecycle marketing team to sharpen direction and share results across markets
• Localise global lifecycle campaigns for Singapore where they apply
• Bring local insight into segmentation, shaping who we speak to and when
• Draft and refine copy for outreach across email, WhatsApp, SMS and app push notifications
• Support onboarding, activation and reactivation journeys, and report on open, click and conversion rates
• Keep campaign data, consent records and suppression lists clean and audit-ready
Digital marketing (20%)
• Amplify local activity on social, turning events, partner sessions and customer stories into content with a longer life
• Work with the global social media team on Singapore posts covering the seasonal calendar, local events and partnerships, and feed local results back for other markets to use
• Keep Singapore website content current, including blogs and the brand centre
• Work with digital specialists in the global team on paid campaigns, landing pages and conversion tracking where support is needed
• Manage community response across socials and Google reviews, where required
Reporting and coordination (10%)
• Track marketing KPIs and maintain campaign dashboards
• Coordinate with Country Manager, Sales, Marketing, Business & Growth, Legal & Compliance and department stakeholders to get campaigns approved and live
• Prepare monthly performance summaries for the wider APAC marketing team
Job Requirement
What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 1 to 3 years in B2B marketing. Fintech, payments or e-commerce is an advantage, and strong internship experience counts
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or HubSpot. Hands-on campaign experience is an advantage
• Working proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Comfortable working with distributed global teams across time zones, and able to hold a clear point of view on what Singapore needs
• Strong written and spoken English. A second language such as Mandarin or Bahasa is useful when working with customers trading into China and the region
• Willing to work occasional evenings and weekends around events, including setup and teardown
• Organised, detail-minded and comfortable raising questions early
• Customer first. Able to articulate a customer's problem before reaching for a product
