🎯 What we expect from you:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in Agile software delivery projects.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements and create well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong Jira and Confluence experience.
• Good understanding of web applications, APIs and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent English and ability to work effectively with international teams.
• Banking or financial services experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• EU residency.

Your future role

As a Business Analyst , you will play a key role in bridging business expectations with technology delivery. Working alongside senior analysts, architects, developers, QA specialists, and client stakeholders, you will help ensure that business requirements are transformed into clear, actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and clarify functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable Jira tickets.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and requirements prioritization.
• Maintain alignment and traceability between requirements documentation (DRS), Jira user stories and development tasks.
• Identify requirements gaps, inconsistencies and dependencies, and coordinate their resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in technical and business requirements discussions.
• Support developers and QA with functional clarifications throughout delivery.
