Functional Architect - SAP Success factors
Job Summary
Have a lead role to advise, setup and support SAP Success factors Employee Central, Compensation & Variable Pay and its integrations The role also assumes understanding of traditional SAP ERP Personell administration setup

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimation and advisory of SAP Success factors in close cooperation with Cognizant Shared Service organization
  • Lead Role to Implement SAP SuccessFactors projects, including the full life cycle of Employee Central implementation, Compensation and Variable Pay project
  • Lead role to rollout SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on existing template configuration
  • Deliver support as part of a global support organization of more advanced support requests and incidents, both for SAP Success factors but aslo traditional SAP Personell Administration
Job Requirements
Essential Skills:

  • Exstensive advisory knowledge on the SAP Success factors platform with ability to advise and educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design. Support and enhance SuccessFactors components spanning EC functions to meet client needs.
  • Extensive knowledge in configuration and provision SuccessFactors Employee Central module, Compensation and Variable Pay. Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test, documents and solution.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional SAP PA configuration
  • Should be able to lead the team and support as a SME to the team
  • Prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed. Ensure to deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Knowledge in Activate project methodology.
  • Writing functional specifications for any custom development
  • Must ensure high quality and on time delivery of project requirements based on established scope schedule and cost parameters
  • Should have lead experience and Must be flexible open to change and have a natural ability to manage relationships issues risks escalations and communications
  • Should be able to analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF cloud team.
  • Should be able to run the Iterations, Train The Trainer and support UAT at client location.
