Description & Requirements




POSITION MISSION

To ensure the Company's facilities management is safeguarded and maintained on operational conditions and ensure repairs and maintenance done on timely and efficient manner. To ensure all property projects including renovation works for HQ and Branch offices are completed on time and satisfactorily.



FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENTS



1) Internal office facilities management, repairs and maintenance including routine and special repairs and maintenance, upgrading of equipment, maintenance contracts, matters relating to physical property, electrical, air-conditioning and water works.



2) Prepare proposal and monitor PMC on implementation of renovation work on time and cost. Ensure relevant payments paid timely and contracts/tender documents documented and kept safely.



3) Acquisition and maintenance of relevant company assets (i.e. motor vehicle, office equipment and furniture fittings) excluding IT related assets.



4) Maintain PABX, Finger-Tech equipment and IP and analogue telephones for the proper function of the system and ensure minimal downtime.



5) Co-ordination and support branch offices on matters relating upgrading and maintenance issues



6) Oversee and monitor office security including security system, key control, contract security services, assets security and safety equipment



7) Effective liaison with external service providers i.e. Building Manager and Car Park operator to ensure common are work management and efficiency and safety and security issues of Menara are monitored and adhered too.



8) Oversee and monitor internal office safety and required action plan for improvement



9) Monitor internal office cleanliness and ensure service providers routine work plan executed.



10) Preparation of annual corporate plan for CAPEX and GAE.



11) Oversee audit exercise for internal and BNM.



12) Ensure that the requirement of the law and regulations to be observed to avoid penalty and losses.



13) Ensure efficient customer service to internal and external customers in terms of speed of resolving issues or service rendered.



14) Constantly update and review the overall property management guide, BNM and other related circulars on property related issues.




EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS



1) Degree or Diploma in Property Management or Real Estate Management



2) Previous working experience in the Property Department or Assets Management



3) Familiar with the building services and facilities for office lot and commercial buildings



4) Must be P.C literate. Able to use MS Office.



5) Able to interact with the management team and other divisional Heads for project implementation
