Business Revenue Officer

Your day-to-day

• Fund Setup & Billing: Onboard and configure new funds within the billing system in strict accordance with client Fee Schedules.
• Accounting Support: Assist with accounting reconciliations and the precise justification of account balances.
• Operational Control & Monitoring: Oversee daily activity controls, manage shared mailboxes, and ensure the seamless execution of all operational events.
• Data Accuracy & Rigor: Maintain high standards of precision, accuracy, and full compliance with internal procedures across all handled data and communications.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks or gaps and proactively propose effective solutions.

You r profile

• Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge of French or any other language is considered an advantage.

• Domain Knowledge: Foundational understanding of investment funds, with a specific focus on Alternatifs funds activities.

• Technical & Analytical Skills: Basic accounting knowledge paired with a strong analytical, data-driven mindset and an eye for efficient process analysis.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Soft Skills: Highly adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Autonomous and capable of working independently while maintaining strong cross-departmental collaboration.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
