In this role, you will manage onboarding, operational coordination, and day-to-day client support while working closely with internal and overseas teams. Key Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and account setup processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Handle operational inquiries and provide timely client support
• Coordinate with relationship managers and overseas teams on client-related matters
• Perform reconciliation and monitoring tasks to ensure operational accuracy
• Provide product and service support while maintaining strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and client experience

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, operations, custody, settlement, or financial services support
• Experience supporting institutional or corporate clients
• Understanding of custody, settlement, or securities services operations

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to operational support

Language Requirements:

• English: Fluent
• Japanese: Fluent
