職務目的(Job Purpose)

• 各商品(自動車保険,個人火災保険,傷害保険,企業火災保険,企業賠償保険等)における保険料算出等のアクチュアリー業務を遂行する.


• 収益の拡大を目指して関係各部を数理的にサポートする.


• メンバーと協働し,アクチュアリー業務の技能• 知識をレベルアップする.

職責(Job Responsibilities)



1料率算出業務

• 保険料率決定のための各種分析,試算の実行,その結果の説明をサポートする.

2.分析業務

• 定期的な分析を実施し,商品設計/料率検証プロセスに継続的に関与する.

• 目的に応じた個別詳細分析を実施し,それら分析結果を関連部署に提供(説明を含む)することで,商品設計,引受ルール作成,各種施策のプロセスをサポートする.

• 引受チーム等と協働し,ポートフォリオ管理をサポートする.

3.認可申請• 届出業務(主に個人商品)

• 認可申請チームと密接に協働し,保険数理に関する認可申請書類(算出方法書および保険料算出の根拠等)の作成および金融庁との認可折衝遂行をサポートする.

4.ファイナンス業務

• 商品チームと密接に協働し,担当する保険商品の収益性および成長目標の計画策定をサポートし,その計画の進捗をモニタリングする.

• 会計処理(IBNR見積手法を含む)の変更の有無およびその影響を確認する.

5.スキル向上

• 常に新しい技術• 最新の知識の取得を図り,自らおよびチームメンバーの技能向上を目指す.


• 他商品のアクチュアリーの行動を把握し,自らが担当する保険商品の数理業務に利用する.


• 自己啓発(アクチュアリー資格取得等)に対して真摯に取組み,かつ結果を残す.

• 学士号または同等の学位(必須ではないが理数系であることが望ましい)

• 各種分析用ソフトウェアを利用した経験があることが望ましい.

• 英語の読み書きに抵抗感がないこと(会話ができれば尚可).

• データ(数字)をみること,およびプログラムを書くことに抵抗がないこと("好きなこと"が望ましい)

• 未経験のツールへアプローチすることに親和性が高いこと

• 与えられた仕事に対して責任感が強いこと
