Description

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Accountant to our team in Longford. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior accounting professional join our expanding Midlands operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years PQ in a general practice environment and be looking to grow their career to a senior level in a progressive professional services environment.




Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements for companies (non-audit), sole traders, and partnerships to Partner review stage, ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met

Prepare and file Corporation Tax and Income Tax returns

Prepare, review, and submit VAT, RCT, and PAYE returns

Manage the preparation and filing of CRO documentation

Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to their professional development

Build and deepen strong relationships with clients through proactive, solution-focused approaches




Key Requirements

• Professional qualification ACCA or ACA

• Strong general practice experience and ability to develop junior team members.

• Highly motivated with the ability to work to strict deadlines.

• Confident and articulate with strong technical aptitude.
