Overview:

Your new team provides a full range of Cash services, implementing client accounts, processing their payments and maintaining an end-to-end Investigation service for all Cash Management client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking responsibility for responding to Client Investigations for Deutsche Bank AG London Branch, which are related to their Cash Management, with a strong focus on minimising and eliminating risk
  • Carrying out investigative research and analysis, regarding complex financial transactions
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with global clients, regional business partners and other investigations teams, during progression of investigation duties
  • Taking responsiblity for utilising a wide range of technology and programs to conduct investigations, which includes the CINQ investigation case management system
  • Adhering to Deutsche Bank Policies and Procedures, assisting in updating the investigations manual and overseeing other policies and procedures
  • Identifying unusual transactions that impact Deutsche Bank and our clients
  • Creating efficiencies, with a strong focus on completing processes quickly and maintaining sufficient control
  • Continually developing knowledge of the payments area and industry

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Anti Money Laundering, Compliance and Know Your Customer regulations in multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively, whilst continuing to support your team, in a dynamic environment
  • Customer-focused, with an ability to provide superior customer service and follow through on issues, providing satisfactory resolutions
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • In-depth knowledge of International clearing systems
  • Understanding of different messaging formats and experience of using Swift
